I recently acquired this Target CD by Chicago, with silver inner circle. A similar variation, with plastic inner circle, seems to be more common. There are not many Target CD variations that can be found with either a plastic or a silver center and that are otherwise identical. Calicoba by the French rockband Gold is the only other one that I am aware of.
